World Students’ Day was celebrated at GHS Mamalakandam, Ernakulam, as part of HDFC Bank’s Holistic Rural Development Program by the M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation.
Mr. Prasad V.D, the PTA President, presided over the function. Mr. Praveen, a teacher at GHS Mamalakandam, welcomed the attendees. Mr. Sijo Thomas, Project Coordinator ,MSSRF delivered a Students Day message. Mr. Binesh M K, the Project Manager, MSSRF engaged with the students, discussing the legacy of APJ Abdul Kalam and encouraging them to embrace their potential as leaders and innovators. He also emphasized the importance of social responsibility and active participation in nation-building.
Ms. Mercy Prasad, an MSSRF Volunteer, delivered the vote of thanks. The event was coordinated by Mr. Ajin Vincent and Mr. Distin V P from MSSRF. The celebration fostered a culture of lifelong learning, social responsibility, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world.
