Salim Pichan, a Parataxonomist at MSSRF’s Community Agro-biodiversity Centre, Wayanad, received the Plant Genome Saviour Award by the Plant Protection of Varieties and Farmer’s Rights Authority from Hon’ble President of India Smt. Droupadi Murmu, at the Global Symposium on Farmers’ Rights on September 12, in New Delhi.
